Landseer Picture Frames
Welcome to Landseer Picture Framing

Landseer Picture Framing, Ware’s premier picture framing company situated at Unit 1, 29 High Street, through the archway between Clinton Cards and Cheltenham & Gloucester Building Society, 1st unit on right.
Steven Blowes and his wife Jayne started their framing business in 1991 making picture frames in their house and selling their products in Cambridge on a market stall. Their ability to provide unique frames soon gained them a good reputation and they transferred their picture framing business to Star Street, Ware in Hertfordshire in 1993.
Their astounding abilities in picture framing soon led to celebrities using them to frame memorabilia from football boots (no guessing whose) to Henry Cooper’s boxing gloves and many more. All their work is done in the strictest confidence, and to the highest specification. Top of the range equipment is used to ensure an outstanding end result.

They have in stock over 200 types of frames with thousands more available at short notice. Usual sizes catered for range from 2 inches square to 6ft x 4ft but have been known to do larger sizes as one offs.

Glazing is another of their specialities, not only do they glaze in standard glass, but also non reflective, true view, conservation, and museum glass for the real precious items. Multi aperture mounts and shaping on acid free and conservation board are again made to exact specifications.

Other items that they have framed are cross stitching and needlework fragile items that need careful stretching, canvasses, oil paintings, and even the security frames to hide such items as the safe in the wall. If you need to display items from both sides, again Landseer Picture Framers are the people you want.

Most importantly all their work is done on their premises so at any time you can see and check your items progress.
